Young Gnonto began building his career in Lake Maggiore, a place surrounded by a picturesque landscape.

He started honing his skills as a child on the shores of the Lake Maggiore with the tutelage of his family, particularly his father.

Gnonto impressed with his talent as a young boy with the academy, and helped the team with winning many trophies that got many talking about his talent.

The pursuit for further progress came to the fore when he joined Suno Calcio, a wonderful academy that further helped him honed his talent while growing up.

Following his impressive performance in a youth game at the Nerazzurri training center, he caught the attention of football scouts who initiated his move to Inter Milan.

Gnonto left Inter Milan when he couldn’t compete with top players at the club to join Zurich FC in Switzerland.

Gnonto became the youngest goal-scorer for Italy at the age of 18-years and 222 days, breaking the previous record held by Bruno Nicole since 1958.
