Romeo Lavia’s career started with a prestigious European youth competition for U15 teams named after Kevin De Bruyne (KDB Cup).

The KDB Cup which has seen lot of players including Ilaix Moriba and Jeremy Doku graced the prestigious competition, also played a huge role in Lavia’s career when he took part in the tournament.
