Enyimba have embarked on a week long -break after an energy sapping campaign.
The nine-time Nigeria Premier League champions gaffer Finidi George, stated that it is important for his players to recharge their batteries.
The former Super Eagles midfielder is optimistic that the break will help improve the performance of his players.

“My players are yearning for rest after a hectic Nigeria Premier league season,” he stated.
“The break has been imminent but because of the Naija Super Eight playoffs, the players had to stay put.
“A week break is something for the players to refuel them for the task ahead.”
Enyimba will compete in the Naija Super 8 tournament in Lagos from July 7-16.
