Liverpool Target Kubo Snubs Huge Man Utd Offer, Signs New Contract

Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!

Takefusa Kubo reportedly turned down a huge offer from Manchester United to sign a new contract with his current club, Real Sociedad.

The Red Devils were linked with the Japanese star midway through last season as they hunted a potential replacement for Antony.

United were ready to offer Kubo a whopping seven-fold salary increase according to reports.

However, it was not enough to tempt the 23-year-old, who promptly signed a new contract with Sociedad, tying him to the La Liga club until 2029.

However, recent reports indicate a shift in interest towards Kubo from Liverpool, who are rumored to be considering a £55 million move for him.

Kubo has previously expressed his admiration for Liverpool, in an interview in 2019, “The team I find interesting in terms of football right now is Liverpool. When I watch them, I feel like, ‘what an amazing team’.”

Since then, Kubo has developed impressively, recording 12 goal involvements in 41 appearances for Sociedad last season as they finished sixth and qualified for the Europa League.

Liverpool allegedly view Kubo as a possible successor to Mohamed Salah, although the club has asserted that Salah remains integral and they are not entertaining offers for him this summer, despite his contract situation.
