Super Falcons Head Coach Randy Waldrum Unfazed by Match Against England

Super Falcons head coach Randy Waldrum is confident in his team’s ability to face England, the reigning European champions, in the next round of the 2023 Women’s World Cup.

Despite a 0-0 draw against the Republic of Ireland in their last group stage game, Waldrum believes that England is not much different from the teams they have already faced.

He acknowledges that England will be another great team, but emphasizes that his team has already played against strong opponents like Canada and the host nation.

Although disappointed that the Super Falcons did not secure a win against Ireland, Waldrum is pleased that his team made it out of the group stage and is ready to face the challenge of playing against England.
