Below are all the Nairabet terms and conditions for the various games.

GENERAL RULES

Only official results displayed by the sports association of the various events in the world will be recognized for purposes of deciding and declaring winners.

When a selection is made void/cancelled as a result of abandoned matches, the stakes may be returned. Bets in markets that have already been resolved / results determined at the time of abandonment, such as half-time scores, first scorer, 1st set etc. will stand.

Where any of the matches within the game set are cancelled and postponed and are not rescheduled and played within 48 hours, the remaining markets will be declared void/cancelled and stakes refunded to the player with the exception of:

• Tennis: Events could stay longer if the event had started and delay/extended play was caused by weather conditions or determined by Tournament Officials.
• American Football: In case of abandoned or postponed matches, all markets are considered void unless the match continues in the same NFL weekly schedule (Thursday -Wednesday local stadium time).
• In case of any delay, all markets remain unsettled and the trading will be continued as soon as the match continues.
• Baseball: If the event doesn’t take place at the originally scheduled time and date, it is considered as “no action” and all bets/wagers on such event(s) are voided.

In the event of a change of opponent from the one advertised, all bets for that match are void/cancelled. (Under 19 in place of Under 23 team)

Matches that have extra time of 15 minutes each will be decided on scoreline at the end of 90 minutes or any extra time agreed before the final whistle.

Nairabet reserves the right to void bets where wrong odds/prices are offered as a result of technical/human error.

Nairabet reserved the right to suspend and/or close the account found to be abusing the system in any form; promotional abuse etc.

Nairabet reserved the right to correct any match result settlement error and to make a monetary deduction from any account that benefitted from such.

Nairabet reserved the right to reject withdrawal of funds from the process of wrong settlement and to cancel any bets placed from the proceeding of wrong settlement.

All bets are settled strictly on their merits and no plea of precedence will be accepted.

It is the sole responsibility of the player to account for any tax or duty imposed as a result of placing bets on our website.

Having multiple accounts will lead to strict restrictions or outright closing of accounts no matter the balance.

By using our services, you may lose money on bets placed, and accept that you are fully responsible for any such loss that may arise.

FOOTBALL

All matches are played to “Regular Time” of 90 minutes where the result is determined at the end of 90 minutes (referee optional injury time included within the 90-minute Regular Time). Official extra time (example 15 minutes each half) are not considered to form part of the regular Time result.

Official Extra Time: These will be resulted in accordance with the rules governing the specific competition which may include “Golden Goal” determination of the winner, 15 minutes each half etc.

All football is 45*2 format (official Extra Time 15 minutes each half where necessary), we reserve the right to void all unusual format, 25*2,30*2,40*2,120 etc.

Interval Markets: Over/Under 0.5 Goals – (31-45, 41-50, 81-90, include injury time, if any)

All markets are considered for regular time only, exceptions are:

• Half Time (45 Minute)
• First Half Markets (45 Minutes)
• Over Time/Extra Time
• Penalty Shootout

If a match is interrupted or postponed and continued all open bets will be settled with the final result as follows

• Major Leagues – played within 24 hours
• Minor Leagues -played within 48 hours
• Otherwise, all undecided bets are considered void.

Nairabet reserves the right to void bets if

the market remains open when the following events have already taken place

• Goals,
• Yellow and Red Cards,
• Penalty

If odds were offered with an incorrect match time, we reserve the right to void betting.

If a wrong score is entered, all will be voided for the time when the incorrect score was displayed.

Incorrect display of team name or wrong team selection.

Only taken corners will be considered, corners awarded but not taken would not be counted.

BASKET BALL

All basketball bets are settled at the final end of the game.

In the event there is a tie at the end of the 4th quarter

• Where the game has a “draw” option, the match winner is settled at the end of the fourth quarter with a “DRAW” result. 1X2
• Where the game does not have the “draw” option, all bets will be settled based on results after overtime. 1 2(Inc. OT)

Markets do not consider overtime unless otherwise stated.

If a match is interrupted or postponed and is not continued within 48h after initial start date betting will be void.

TENNIS

If a player or pairing retires or is disqualified in any match,

• the match winner market will be voided.
• any completed sets, services or markets where the result is already determined will stand

In case of any delay (rain, darkness…) all markets remain unsettled and the trading will be continued as the match continues.

If penalty point(s) are awarded by the umpire, all bets on that game will stand.

In case of a match is finished before certain points/games were finished, all affected point/game related markets are considered void.

• Team names or categories are displayed incorrectly

Every tie-break or match tie-break counts as 1 game.

VOLLEY BALL

In the case of a match not being finished all undecided markets are considered void.

If a match is interrupted or postponed and is not continued within 48h after the initial kick-off date, betting will be void.

Nairabet reserves the right to void bets / betting where:

• Odds were offered where an Incorrect score is entered

BASEBALL

Possible extra innings are not considered in any market except for

• “Who scores the “Xth point”
• “Which team will win race to X points”
• Otherwise stated.

All markets will be settled according to the final result after 9 innings (8 1/2 innings home team is leading at this point)

• if a match is interrupted or cancelled and will not be continued on the same day, all undecided markets are considered void.

If markets remain open with an incorrect score or incorrect match status which has a significant impact on the prices, we reserve the right to void bets during this period.

BEACH VOLLEYBALL

In the case of a match not being finished, all undecided markets are considered void.

Golden set is not considered in any of the mentioned markets.

• Odds were offered where an Incorrect score is entered

If a team retires all undecided markets are considered void.

CRICKET

All match betting will be settled in accordance with official competition rules.

In matches affected by adverse weather,

• Match Winner bets will be settled according to the official result.
• All bets on markets other than the Match Winner placed prior to the revised number of overs being set will be void unless the result is already determined

If a match is cancelled before any play has taken place and not replayed within 24 hours of the original start time, all markets will be made void.

In the event of interruption of a match due to external factors, undecided bets will be declared void.

If a match venue is changed:

• Where the Home Team is still as per the original scheduled, bets already placed will stand valid.
• In the event that the home and away team scheduled are reversed, all bets related to the original listing will be declared void.
• If a different team replaces those originally scheduled, all bets will be declared void.

HANDBALL

All markets are considered for regular time only, except for

• Halftime
• First half
• Who scores the Xth point
• Which team will win race to X points

If the match goes to a 7-metres shootout, the following markets will be voided:

• Who scores Xth point
• Which team will win race to X points

Markets do not consider overtime unless otherwise stated.

Where a match is interrupted or postponed and is not continued within 48h after the initial kick-off date, betting will be void.

FUTSAL

All markets are considered for regular time only, except for

• Halftime
• First half markets
• Overtime
• Penalty shoot-out

If a match is postponed, interrupted and continued within 48h after the initial kick-off date, all open bets will be settled with the final result. Otherwise, all undecided bets are considered void.

Nairabet reserves the right to void betting where the market remains open when the following events have already taken place

• Goals
• Yellow or Red Carss
• Penalties

Nairabet reserve the right to void bets for the time where

• a market was remained opened with a missing or incorrect red card
• a wrong score is entered

If the team names or categories are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

ICE HOCKEY

All markets are considered for regular time only except

• Period markets
• Overtime markets
• penalty shootout markets

If a match is interrupted and is

• continued within 48h after initial kick-off all open bets will be settled with the final result.
• not continued within 48h after initial kick-off, betting will be void.

BADMINTON

In the case of a match not being finished all undecided markets are considered void. In a match that is interrupted or postponed and is not continued within 48h after the initial kick-off date, betting will be void.

Where markets remain open with an incorrect score which has a significant impact on the prices, we reserve the right to void betting.

Where the players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

Where a player retires all undecided markets are considered void.

AMERICAN FOOTBALL

In case of abandoned or postponed matches all markets are considered void unless the match continues in the same NFL weekly schedule (Thursday -Wednesday local stadium time).

In case of any delay, all markets remain unsettled and the trading will be continued as soon as the match continues.

Markets do not consider overtime unless otherwise stated.

MOTORSPORT

All bets will be settled on the result at the end of the race, with the podium presentation deemed the official weigh-in for betting purposes. Subsequent disqualifications and amended results do not count.

Any driver not taking part in the pre-race warm-up lap and who does not start the race will be deemed as a non-runner and bets on that particular driver will be settled as void.

The start of the race shall be deemed as the beginning of the formation lap with any driver starting from the pit-lane also deemed to be a starter for race purposes.

Head to Head bets:

• will be between two named drivers. Bets will be settled on the driver who achieves the highest race placing.
• where both drivers fail to complete the race, the driver completing the most laps will be deemed the winner.
• Where both drivers retire on the same lap, either driver does not start or should either driver be disqualified, bets will be made void on both drivers.
• Any disqualifications after the race then will be disregarded for the purposes of settlement.

RUGBY UNION AND RUGBY LEAGUES

Regular 80 Minutes: Markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 80 minutes play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or sudden death,

All markets are considered for regular time except for:

• Halftime Markets
• First half markets
• Overtime Markets
• Penalty shootout

If a match is interrupted and

• Continued within 48h after the initial kick-off, all open bets will be settled with the final result.
• Postponed and is not continued within 48h after the initial kick-off date betting will be void.

BOXING

The outcome of a bet on Boxing is based on the first published official results.

Whenever a fight is officially postponed or suspended, all the related bets will remain valid if the event takes place before midnight of the day following the date originally set for the match. If it is not resumed or if it is not completed within the mentioned time frame, all bets related to that event will be considered void. If the fight ends in a No Contest then all bets will be made void.

If one combatant withdraws before the beginning of the match, all the related bets will be void. If the withdrawal takes place after the beginning of the match, his/her opponent will be deemed the winner.

The outcome of the fight, there are 3 possible outcomes: 1 (the first competitor wins), X (the match ends in a draw), and 2 (the second competitor wins).

Winner of the Fight. There are 2 possible outcomes: 1 HH (the first competitor wins), 2 HH (the second competitor wins). If the match ends in a draw the selection will be void

Method of victory, outcomes include Knock Out, Technical Knock Out or Points Victory.

Total number of rounds will be over or under the indicated spread.

• For settlement purposes where a half round is stated then 1 minute 30 seconds of the respective round will define the half to determine under or over.
• Where a fighter fails to emerge from their corner for the start of any round, the fight is deemed to have ended in the previous round.
• Where for any reason the number of rounds in a fight is changed then bets on Over/Under Round already placed will be void.

Which fighter will win and by what method? The result is settled on the official result announced by the match referee, these will be “WINNER” by

• KO – Knockout, Technical Knockout or Disqualification.
• DEC – Points Decision

Round the selected fighter will win the fight in.

For betting purposes betting on rounds is for a fighter to win by:

• KO, TKO or disqualification during that round. In the event of a Technical Decision before the end of the fight, all bets will be settled as a win by Decision.
• Where a fighter fails to emerge from their corner for the start of any round, the fight is deemed to have ended in the previous round.
• Draw – Any draw whether that be a Technical Draw or a Draw at the scheduled end of the fight.

If for any reason the number of rounds in a fight is changed then bets on round betting already placed will be void.

• 1-Rnd 1 is the first fighter to win in round 1.
• 2-Rnd 1 is the second fighter to win in round 1. 1-Dec is the first fighter to win by any points decision whether that be a Technical Decision or a Decision at the scheduled end of the fight.
• 2-Dec is the second fighter to win by any points decision whether that be a Technical Decision or Decision at the scheduled end of the fight.

TABLE TENNIS

Whenever a table tennis match is officially postponed or suspended,

• all the related bets will remain valid if the event takes place before midnight of the day following the date originally set for the match.
• If it is not resumed or if it is not completed within the mentioned time frame, all the bet types related to that event will be considered void.

If one player withdraws before the beginning of the match, all the related bets will be void. If the withdrawal takes place after the beginning of the match, all unknown and undecided markets will be void.

Total points scored in the match will be over or under the spread indicated.

DARTS

Whenever a darts match is officially postponed or suspended,

• all the related bets will remain valid if the event takes place and is completed within midnight (WAT) of the day following the date originally set for the match.
• If it does not take place or is not completed within the mentioned time frame, all bets related to that event will be considered void.

If one player withdraws before the beginning of the match, all the related bets will be void. If the withdrawal takes place after the beginning of the match, all unknown and undecided markets will be void.

Which player will score the most 180s in the entire match? If both players score the same number of 180s, the selection will be considered void

Number of 180s scored in the match by both players is over or under the indicated spread.

Which player will score the first 180 in the match? If no 180s are scored in the match, the selection will be made void.

GOLF

The outcome of a bet on a golf tournament is based on official results from the governing organisation of the tournament. If a tournament is shortened or otherwise affected by weather conditions the bets will be settled according to the decisions taken by tournament officials, but only if 36 holes have been completed. Should 36 holes not be completed all bets on that event will be deemed void.

For the purposes of settlement, only the rankings published on the official website of the related tournament will be considered.

If a tournament is postponed or suspended all bets will stand and will be paid out after its conclusion. If a tournament is cancelled prior to the start, all bets will be considered void.
