Joao Cancelo has changed his squad number from No.27 to No. 7 following Raheem Sterling’s departure and will wear his new number during the upcoming campaign.
The Portuguese full-back has made 128 appearances and scored eight goals during his three years with City, having joined from Juventus in 2019.
Cancelo has previously worn the No.7 shirt at Inter Milan and Valencia, while he donned the No.70 shirt for Benfica.
