Graham Potter’s Chelsea side would be at home to Everton as the Premier League continues this weekend across the English scene.

Both sides (Chelsea and Everton) are in dire need of result at the moment especially as Chelsea need to pick up a couple of wins to inspire confidence ahead of their UEFA Champions League tie against Spanish giants Real Madrid.

However, with injuries to the Chelsea squad, certain top personnel would miss out for the home side against the Toffees.

And on this note, Isagoal.com reveals these players are expected to be absent from the Everton fixture.

And there would be no place for him in the Chelsea side with the likes of Mateo Kovacic and Enzo Fernandez expected to run the show in the midfield.

Though, Mason has been included in the England squad for the three Lions UEFA 2024 qualifiers against Italy and Ukraine next week.

But this game is too soon for the playmaker to feature as he continues his recovery in the treatment room.

The former Manchester City attacker would miss out on this tie at home to Everton just as expected with his recent injury problem being his case for now.

He’s been omitted from Gareth Southgate’s England squad announced earlier in the week. And it’s a no-brainer to expect him in the Everton fixture.

Even as Sterling and Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho misses out in the Three Lions Squad attack.

In his absence, Morocco’s Hakim Ziyech and new Chelsea signing Joao Felix would be available to take his place in the West London side.
