The quarter-final draws for the 2022/2023 UEFA Champions League have seen top sides pitched together in the grandest stage of European football.

Chelsea would face Real Madrid while Inter Milan would battle Benfica of Portugal. Manchester City would do battle with the German giants Bayern Munich as AC Milan would face Serie A leaders Napoli.

However, with the quarter-final pairing made and with the team rearing to go, Isagoal.com reveals the game to look forward to the quarter-final.

The Spanish giants will be taking on Chelsea at this stage of the competition and their outing with the Blues would arguably be the standout game of the last 8.

While it would see top-quality football played at both the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium and at Stamford Bridge.

Real defeated Liverpool 6-2 to get to this stage of the competition but Chelsea managed to stage a comeback to seal a 2-1 aggregate win after winning 2-0 since they lost 1-0 to Borussia Dortmund in the first leg tie.

And as expected the Real Madrid side would be favourites going into this match just as Chelsea is not a pushover in European football no matter how their form is in the Premier League.

Manchester City vs. Bayern Munich

Pep Guardiola would be facing up with Bayern Munich with the Germans looking like they have the upper hand in this one.

Though City may have demolished fellow German side RB Leipzig 6-0 at the Etihad and 7-1 on aggregate.

The Bayern Munich side is proving to be too much task for Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City side.

Just as the Germans have eliminated Lionel Messi and Neymar Jnr-led PSG on a home-and-away basis.
