Former Nigerian defender, Sam Sodje has advised the Super Eagles players to approach the 2022 World Cup qualifiers against Liberia and Cape Verde with intense attitude.
Sodje made this known in an interview with Brila FM, where he warned the players to avoid the mistake they made against the Central Africa Africa Republic (CAR).
Recall that Nigeria lost 1-0 to CAR at the Teslim Balogun Stadium before redeeming their image with a 2-0 victory in the reverse fixture.
He stressed that the key things at this point will be the attitude of the players and getting to play to their real quality because the team isn’t lacking on Individual qualities which must be harnessed and put together to make the Super Eagles solid.
