Mauricio Pochettino has expressed his acceptance of Chelsea’s owners visiting the dressing room after matches, but he did emphasize that it is not their role to come in and deliver speeches.
Following Sunday’s loss to Aston Villa, co-owner Behdad Eghbali entered the changing room, and other senior members of the club’s hierarchy have done the same after home Premier League games this season.
Pochettino stated that he does not view it negatively and believes it is beneficial for them to interact with the players and greet them.
However, he did mention that it would be a different situation if they were to come and give a formal speech.
