The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has stated its deep sorrow following the death of former Head Coach of the U20 Girls’ National Team, Dan Evumena, on Tuesday evening.
Dr. Mohammed Sanusi, NFF General Secretary described Evumena’s death as “too hard to take” and said that it was a great loss for Nigerian women’s football in particular.
He also prayed that God would grant Evumena eternal life and fortitude to his family who he left behind.
