Wilfred Ndidi has already been linked with Real Madrid and Manchester United and his former coach at Genk said he believes it is now just a matter of time before he makes the big move.

Next month, Ndidi would have spent five years at Leicester City since his transfer from Belgian club Genk.

He is now just six games shy of 200 appearances for ‘The Foxes’.

Former Genk assistant coach Rudi Cossey said he is clear Ndidi will soon play for a big club.

“He is going to play for a big club, without a doubt,” Cossey told La Derniere Heure

“He is a great boy, always smiling and always hard working.

“He really did everything he could to settle in Genk and grew into a top regular in no time.

“That transfer to England was doubly deserved.

“He has what it takes to succeed, a great team player, gets along well with everyone.”

Ndidi, 25, still has two and half years left on his Leicester City contract.

He is valued at 60 Million Euros on the transfer market.
