Following Manchester United’s draw with Bournemouth, manager Erik ten Hag declined to comment on the possibility of the club experiencing their worst season in the Premier League era. The post-match press conference took an unfavorable turn as a comparison was made to the infamous David Moyes season.
Despite salvaging a 2-2 draw and avoiding what would have been their 13th defeat of the season, Manchester United now find themselves in sixth place after Newcastle’s convincing 4-0 victory over Tottenham.
