Manchester United Manager Erik ten Hag Refuses to Address Club’s Worst Season Possibility

Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!

Following Manchester United’s draw with Bournemouth, manager Erik ten Hag declined to comment on the possibility of the club experiencing their worst season in the Premier League era. The post-match press conference took an unfavorable turn as a comparison was made to the infamous David Moyes season.

Despite salvaging a 2-2 draw and avoiding what would have been their 13th defeat of the season, Manchester United now find themselves in sixth place after Newcastle’s convincing 4-0 victory over Tottenham. It is worth noting that United currently have fewer points after 32 games than they did during Moyes’ tenure in the 2013-14 season, where they finished in seventh place – their worst league finish since 1989-90.

Ten Hag walked out of the press conference when questioned about the possibility of a repeat of that disappointing season. “I don’t comment on that question,” he stated. “That is not important in this moment.”

Manchester United’s recent form has been a cause for concern, with only one win in their last seven league games. The team’s four-game winless run is now their joint-longest of the campaign. Ten Hag attributed these struggles to the squad’s injury list.

While Harry Maguire overcame a first-half issue to complete the full duration of the draw with Bournemouth, 19-year-old Willy Kambwala was at fault for Dominic Solanke’s opening goal and came close to conceding a penalty in added time.

Ten Hag acknowledged the challenges faced by the team due to injuries, stating, “We give all we can, but I am also realistic. When the full squad was there, we still had high belief, but we will keep fighting with the players who are available. They have shown high potential, but young players also make mistakes. Consistency is the next step for them.”
