Manchester City or Chelsea; who has a better chance of a Champions League Semi-final?

Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!

Manchester City would be at home to Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich for the first leg of their UEFA Champions League tie.

While Chelsea would make the trip to face Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium in one of the quarter-finals fixtures.

However, with the run of games across all the competitions, which of Manchester City and Chelsea is the side that could likely progress to the next stage of the European game?

It promises to be a key match when Manchester City hosts Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League.

But with star forward Erling Braut Haaland back and available for selection, you can really tell that goals would be plenty in this scenario.

Real Madrid is the clear favourite to upstage Chelsea in this fixture despite the fact that they would be at home in the first leg.

But with Chelsea’s 1-0 loss to Wolves at the weekend, it could be that Chelsea is not ready to compete with the big guys in Europe at least this season.

Having narrowly edged German side Borussia Dortmund 2-1 on aggregate following the controversial penalty they got to seal the win in the game.

But could Real Madrid’s 2-3 loss to Samuel Chukwueze’s Villarreal offer some level of optimism to the ailing and wounded Chelsea side?

While Bayern may have lost their edge going into this match following the sacking of Julian Nagglesmann amid certain issues at the club.

However, with Manchester City facing the newly appointed Thomas Tuchel and the Bayern side, it will be a special occasion as Pep Guardiola would iron things out with him in the dugout.

Manchester City’s form at the moment isn’t bad at all. And the fact that Bayern concedes goals in matches could give some hope to Pep Guardiola’s attacking side.

While we may get to see a much improved (changed) Chelsea side following the recent appointment of Frank Lampard.

But can he inspire Chelsea following his return to the club after exiting for Thomas Tuchel to take over and win the Champions League for Chelsea?

Manchester City’s attacking style of play could make them a force to reckon with against Bayern Munich even in the first-leg tie in Germany.

However, we look at it both sides (Manchester City and Chelsea) have a varying degree of chances to progressing to the semi-final of the competition.

While Chelsea’s form in the Premier League may not undermine what they can achieve as a top-quality side they are known for in Europe.
