Stanley Iheanacho, a former Nigerian under-17 international, has officially signed with FC Midtjylland.
The Danish Superlig side announced the signing, revealing that Iheanacho has agreed to a five-year contract.
He will initially join Midtjylland’s under-19 team.
Iheanacho expressed his excitement about playing for his new club, stating that it has been a long-awaited opportunity for him.
He previously represented the Golden Eaglets at the WAFU B U-17 Championship in Togo in 2021.
Notably, Midtjylland has had other Nigerian players, including Paul Onuachu, Frank Onyeka, and Bright Onyedika.
