Everton name ex-Burnley boss Sean Dyche as Iwobi’s new manager

Everton Football Club have announced that Sean Dyche will be their new manager, taking over from Frank Lampard who abruptly left last week.

Lampard, who had been at Goodison Park for almost a year, sadly failed to get the Toffees off the bottom of the Premier League table and failed to progress in either the Carabao Cup or FA Cup.

After a week of consideration, Everton are now delighted to announce the appointment of Dyche on a 2-and-a-half year contract.

The 51-year old former Watford and Burnley manager is tasked with restoring confidence at Goodison by bringing in new players in this transfer window and helping his team to safety.
