According to reports in Italy, former Manchester United player Paul Pogba has allegedly tested positive for elevated levels of testosterone.

However, there has been no confirmation or statement from Pogba, Juventus, Serie A, or the Italian Football Federation regarding this news.

The alleged positive test was conducted after Juventus’ opening Serie A match against Udinese on August 20, during random checks for hormone levels.

Pogba, who won the World Cup with France in 2018, did not play in that match but has appeared as a substitute in subsequent games.

The details of which organization conducted the tests are unclear.

Pogba left Manchester United in 2022 after a record-breaking transfer from Juventus in 2016.

During his time at United, he made significant contributions with 233 appearances, 39 goals, and 51 assists, winning the Europa League and League Cup.
