Emmanuel Dennis Dropped From Watford’s Pre-Season Tour

Following the club’s relegation from the Premier League the previous season, the Nigerian international has been linked with a move away from the Hornets

Sky Bet Championship team, Watford has dropped Super Eagles forward Emmanuel Dennis from their pre-season trip to Austria.

Following the club’s relegation from the Premier League the previous season, the Nigerian international has been linked with a move away from the Hornets.

Dennis made 33 appearances for the London club in the league and scored 10 goals while also dishing out six assists.

The Hornets has decided not to include the player on the preseason tour after considering offers for him.

Dennis is reportedly being looked at by Everton as a possible Richarlison replacement after the Brazilian forward was recently traded to Tottenham Hotspur.

The Nigerian signed a £3 million transfer deal with Watford last summer from Club Brugge of the Belgian Pro League.

Emmanuel Dennis is currently worth about £20 million to Watford.
