David Moyes, manager of West Ham United, stated that those clubs wishing to acquire Chelsea and Arsenal target Declan Rice will need to set a new British record fee when the England World Cup star opts to move.
During West Ham’s 1-1 Premier League draw against Newcastle Saturday, Rice displayed his usual stellar performance.
With both Chelsea and Arsenal as potential suitors for the 24-year-old, Moyes praised Rice for his capabilities saying “Declan is going to be a top player and he’ll break the British transfer record whenever he leaves West Ham”.
