Claudio Ranieri delighted over Emmanuel Dennis’ availability ahead of Arsenal clash

Watford manager, Claudio Ranieri, has expressed his delight over the improvement of his side when his striker, Emmanuel Dennis returns from suspension to face Arsenal next weekend.

Just last week, the Nigerian international scored The Hornets’ last goal and assisted other two goals as they romped to a 5-2 win over Everton at the Goodison Park.

However, having picked up his fifth booking of the season against Everton last week, Dennis wasn’t in action as Ranieri’s side fell to a 1-nil loss at home in the hands of Southampton on Saturday.

The team banked on Ismaila Saar and fellow substitute, Ashley Fletcher for goals against The Saints but couldn’t find the much needed equalizer and probable winning goal.

But the former Chelsea and Leicester boss is confident that the return of Emmanuel Dennis and other absentees in Saturday’s tie will yield the good for his side when they travel to The Emirates next week.

“We’re just going to keep working more and more. My philosophy is different to what the players are used to and it will take some time.”

“With the players we have in the squad and coming back soon. I’m sure we can improve, In defence alone we are low on numbers but we have the likes of [Nicolas] Nkoulou and [Francisco] Sierralta close to full fitness.” Ranieri said.
