According to the UK Guardian, Chelsea’s co-owner, Todd Boehly, has identified two potential managers to replace Mauricio Pochettino next season.

The Blues are reportedly considering Sporting boss Ruben Amorim and Brighton’s Roberto De Zerbi for the managerial position.

Ruben Amorim has caught the attention of the Chelsea hierarchy with his impressive performance as the manager of Sporting.

Currently, Amorim’s team sits at the top of the table in Portugal, ahead of strong contenders Benfica and Porto.

On the other hand, Roberto De Zerbi has been receiving accolades for his work at Brighton since taking over from Graham Potter in 2022.

His contributions have been noteworthy, showcasing his managerial skills and ability to lead a team.

Chelsea has been struggling under Mauricio Pochettino in his first season at Stamford Bridge, despite significant investments made by the club since Boehly and Clearlake Capital’s takeover.

The team had a promising opportunity to secure a trophy this season during the Carabao Cup final against Liverpool.

However, they ultimately lost the match in extra-time.
