Bukayo Saka wins Young Player of the Year at London Football Awards

At the London Football Awards, Arsenal swept the ceremony as skipper Martin Odegaard claimed the Premier League Player of The Year award, Bukayo Saka was crowned Young Player of The Year once more and Gunners boss Mikel Arteta scooped Capital’s top manager.

Odegaard earned the prestigious trophy following 10 goals and 6 assists in their quest for a first league title in 19 years.

It was a huge achievement for team-mate Bukayo Saka, who won Young Player of The Year for a second consecutive year.

Meanwhile, Aaron Ramsdale received Goalkeeper of The Year and Mikel Arteta praised his colleagues, staff and fans upon receiving manager’s prize.

Riding high after Sunday’s 3-0 win over London rivals Fulham, Arsenal will now face Sporting Lisbon in the Europa League on Thursday before hosting Crystal Palace at the weekend.
