Again, Sports Minister Relishes Eagles’ Return To Moshood Abiola National Stadium

Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!

Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Sunday Dare has revealed his desire for the Super Eagles to play their games at the rehabilitated Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.

He made this known during a visit to the stadium, where he said that it will be a dream come true for the senior national team to play their final playoff of the 2022 World Cup qualifier in Abuja.

Recall that recently the Sports Minister was handed the key to the stadium by the contractor handling the rehabilitation.

“It is my wish that the Super Eagles and indeed the national teams of Nigeria, like elsewhere, have a permanent venue to play their matches rather than playing from one place to another.

“There are great benefits for countries’ national teams to have a particular venue where the players understand very well. I believe very soon the Super Eagles will be playing their matches in Abuja or Lagos if the national stadium is fully ready too.”
