Nigeria forward, Victor Boniface is in the running for the UEFA Europa League Player of the Week award.
Boniface was recognised for his exemplary performance in Belgian club, Union Saint Gilloise 3-3 draw against Bundesliga club, Union Berlin at the Stadion an der Alten Försterei on Thursday night.
The 22-year-old was on target twice in the keenly contested encounter.

The former Flying Eagles striker netted the curtain raiser on 28 minutes.
Boniface scored his second of the game 18 minutes from time turning home Bart Niewukoop’s cross.
The striker has now scored five goals in the Europa League this season.
Manchester United midfileder, Bruno Fernandes, Roma forward , Paulo Dybala and Edmond Tapsoba are the other players nominated for the award.
