Scholes Convinced Arne Slot Isn’t a Fan of Alexander-Arnold, says “I’m Not Sure He Likes Him”

Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!

In recent discussions regarding Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold, former Manchester United midfielder Paul Scholes has raised eyebrows with his comments.

During a recent episode of The Overlap, Scholes questioned if Slot truly liked the 25-year-old, pointing out how Slot frequently shook his head in disapproval when Alexander-Arnold made mistakes.

Scholes also referenced the player’s frustration when substituted during Liverpool‘s 2-0 win over Brentford, further fueling rumors of a rift.

However, Jamie Carragher believes Slot still values Alexander-Arnold and that his style may not prioritize long balls as much.

Slot addressed the substitution, explaining it was purely to manage the defender’s fitness, noting that Alexander-Arnold had played a lot for England during the international break.

He emphasized the need to preserve him for the entire season, not just the opening matches.

Despite the speculation, Alexander-Arnold has been in excellent form, earning man-of-the-match honors in both of England‘s nations league games against Ireland and Finland.

With his contract set to expire at the end of the season and interest from Real Madrid, Slot will hope to retain the talented right-back.
