Real Madrid’s £118,000-a-Week Forward Targeted by Arsenal
Sport reports that Arsenal is in pursuit of Real Madrid’s Marco Asensio for the summer transfer window.
Asensio, who can play as a forward, attacking midfielder or winger and earns approximately £118,000-a-week according to SalarySport, is out of contract at Real Madrid at the end of the current season.
Along with Arsenal, Barcelona and AC Milan are also reportedly interested in signing the 27-year-old player.
Talks between Asensio and Madrid about a new contract have not been successful according to Sport’s sources.
In our opinion, if acquired on a free transfer, Asensio would be an excellent addition to Arsenal’s attack due to his experience and versatile abilities.
