Legendary Real Madrid coach and striker Raul has rejected the opportunity to take up the managerial role at Premier League club Leeds United, following their dismissal of Jesse Marsch.
Although Raul is currently managing Madrid’s reserve side, he will forever be remembered for having one of the most successful playing careers in Madrid.
The report claims that Raul had no intention of joining a new team mid-season, especially as Leeds are currently struggling near the bottom of the Premier League table.
With an urgent need to hire a suitable replacement, it remains to be seen who Leeds will turn to next.
