Napoli striker Victor Osimhen could make a shocking return to competitive action as early as the 19th of December away at Milan.
The former Lille forward sustained a nasty facial injury at the same stadium three week ago against Inter Milan’s defender Milan Skriniar.
However, the 22 year old underwent a successful surgery before he resumed individual training earlier this week training alone.
According to report in Napoli, Osimhen was initially billed to return to competitive action at the end of January, but with the quick pace of his recovery he could return earlier than expected.
While Osimhen’s return to competitive action isn’t confirmed yet, the Napoli fans have to wait to see how fast his injury heals and how he is able to adapt to his protective mask.
