Venezia’s Nigerian striker, David Okereke will be out of action for three weeks following muscle injury he suffered in Venezia’s 4-3 loss to Hellas Verona during a Italian SerieA match at the weekend.
The 24-year old was missing in action during Venezia’s 4-nil loss to Atalanta in November but was rushed back into action against Hellas Verona but he only lasted the first seven minutes of the game after falling to the ground unmarked.
