Ahead of Arsenal’s match with Brentford, Mikel Arteta has given an update on Gabriel Jesus’ return from injury.
Jesus has yet to play for the Gunners since an injury to his knee last December and although Arteta stated that the player is “doing really well”, he refused to rush his return.
The manager further commented that “Gabi is doing really well”, but that they are respecting certain timelines as it is still too far from a return date.
As Arsenal seeks to rebound from their 1-0 loss against Everton, they will be looking towards Saturday’s game for victory.
