Italian Referees Called upon to Protect Victor Osimhen from Opponents by his Agent
Roberto Calenda, agent of Victor Osimhen, has urged referees in the Italian Serie A to provide protection for his client against dangerous opponents.
The 24-year-old Napoli forward is currently the top scorer in the league with 14 goals from 16 appearances and recently scored a Goal of the Season contender vs AS Roma.
This season is Osimhen’s second with Napoli, however, he has been injured and missed out on international duty due to injuries throughout both years.
Calenda took to Twitter saying that there has been too many dangerous fouls against Osimhen and that more protection was needed for his man.
