Ighalo Finally Arrives Super Eagles Camp

Odion Ighalo has arrived Super Eagles camp ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Liberia and Cape Verde.

The Al Shabab’s forward arrival increased the number of players in the team’s camp in Tangier, Morocco to 23.

Ighalo’s arrival was announced via the Super Eagles Facebook page.

“Update! Odion Ighalo is here,”reads the statement.

Enyimba goalkeeper John Noble is expected to link up with his teammates in camp later on Thursday.

Noble was handed a late invitation as replacement for Francis Uzoho.

The Super Eagles will take on the Lone Star in a matcday five day encounter at the Grande Stade de Tanger on Saturday.

The three-time African champions will then host the Blue Sharks of Cape Verde in their final group game next week Tuesday at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Lagos.
