Could This £80,000-a-Week Player Fill Mo Salah’s Shoes at Liverpool?

Liverpool Football Club is reportedly considering West Ham United winger Jarrod Bowen as a potential replacement for Mohamed Salah.

Liverpool Football Club is reportedly considering West Ham United winger Jarrod Bowen as a potential replacement for Mohamed Salah.

According to The Athletic, Liverpool has been monitoring Bowen for several seasons and admires the England international winger.

Bowen has received high praise from his former teammate Declan Rice, who rates him highly and believes he would be an excellent addition to Liverpool’s squad.

While it may be difficult for Liverpool to sign Bowen in the upcoming January transfer window, a potential deal could be on the table for the summer of 2024.

West Ham is unlikely to sell their key players mid-season, especially as they are competing in the UEFA Europa League and aiming for a top-four or top-six finish in the Premier League.

However, if Liverpool makes a significant offer for Bowen next summer, West Ham may consider selling the talented winger.

Bowen has already made 136 appearances in the Premier League, scoring 30 goals and providing 25 assists.
