Middlesbrough forward, Chuba Akpom has scooped the Sky Bet Championship Player of the Season award.
Akpom was recognised for his impressive goal scoring exploit for Boro this season.
The 27-year old has scored 28 goals and provided 2 assists in 36 matches so far this season.

The Nigeria-born forward is also in line to become the first Middlesbrough player to scoop the Golden Boot since John Hickton bagged 25 goals during the 1970/71 season.
It’s been a remarkable campaign for Akpom, who started the season without a squad number and sent to train with the U-21s.
Middlesbrough are also in the hunt for promotion to the Premier League.
