Union Saint Gilloise forward, Victor Boniface has been named winner of the UEFA Europa League Player of the Week award.
Boniface won the award after his superlative display for Union Saint Gilloise against Bundesliga club, Union Berlin on Thursday night.
The 22-year-old bagged a brace in the thrilling 3-3 draw.

The Nigerian is the joint-top scorer in the Europa League with five goals.
The young forward beat Manchester United midfileder, Bruno Fernandes, Roma’s Paulo Dybala and Bayer Leverkusen centre-back, Edmond Tapsoba to the individual accolade.
UEFA announced him winner of the award on its official Twitter handle on Friday.
“Victor Boniface wins #UEL Player of the week! ⚽️,” reads a tweet on UEFA website.
