Spurs Push for Kudus After £50m Bid Is Rejected

Tottenham Hotspur remain locked in negotiations with West Ham United over a potential deal to sign forward Mohammed Kudus, IsaGoal can report.

Spurs saw their opening £50 million bid rejected outright, with West Ham holding out for a significantly higher fee for the Ghanaian star.

The two London clubs remain far apart in their valuations, though sources say Spurs are preparing an improved offer.

Sky Sports reports Kudus is open to making the switch to North London and is eager to play European football next season.

That gives Tottenham a key advantage in the race, with Chelsea and other clubs also exploring a possible deal.

While personal terms between Kudus and Tottenham are not expected to be a stumbling block, West Ham are in no rush to sell.

The 24-year-old is under contract until 2028, with the Hammers holding an option to extend for a further year.

Kudus, who can play across the front line, fits the profile Spurs are actively targeting.

They want an attacking player who offers versatility and European experience — and Kudus ticks both boxes.

However, a deal would mark a historic shift. Tottenham haven’t signed a player from West Ham since acquiring Scott Parker back in 2011.

If agreed, this would be the first direct transfer between the fierce London rivals in 14 years.
