Viktoria Plzen have made it clear that Nigerian striker Rafiu Durosinmi is not leaving cheaply, turning down major approaches before the transfer window closed – www.isagoal.com reports.
The 22-year-old forward has been electric since joining Plzen from Karviná in 2023, finding the net 26 times and assisting 10 more in just 66 matches.
His sharp finishing and physical style have caught the attention of Europe’s bigger leagues, with clubs queuing up to test Plzen’s resolve.
According to Transfermarkt, the forward is valued around €7 million, but the Czech side believe his worth is far higher.
Transfer expert Rudy Galetti revealed that Rangers, Gent, and Borussia Mönchengladbach all had proposals rejected after weeks of discussions.
Plzen’s management view him as a central figure in their domestic and European push, refusing to compromise on their demands.
Fresh inquiries have also come in from Saudi Arabia and Turkey, but the club’s stance remains unchanged.
“Durosinmi is a player we value highly, and we will only listen to offers that match our expectations,” a club source stated firmly.
For the striker, attention now shifts back to the pitch as he continues his rise and looks to secure an even bigger move in the future.
