Pep Guardiola’s Surprising Plan After 2027 Revealed

Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!

Pep Guardiola has revealed that he may step away from football management once his contract with Manchester City expires in 2027. After a decade-long career with some of the biggest clubs, Guardiola has reflected on his future and admitted he could retire from the sport altogether.

According to ESPN Brasil, the Manchester City manager stated, “After my contract with City, I’m going to stop. I’m sure. I don’t know if I’m going to retire, but I’m going to take a break.” This comes after Guardiola signed a new two-year deal with City in November, ensuring he will remain at the helm until 2027.

Guardiola’s tenure at City has been his longest at any club, surpassing his previous stints at Barcelona and Bayern Munich. While many may expect him to continue after 2027, the Spaniard has expressed the possibility of ending his managerial career to take a much-needed break.

The 52-year-old has been known for his intense work ethic and drive for success, leading City to several major trophies in recent years. However, he’s acknowledged the physical and mental toll of constant management, particularly without a long break since leaving Barcelona.

Despite this, Guardiola is content with his legacy, saying, “All coaches want to win so we can have a memorable job, but I believe that the fans of Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and City had fun watching my teams play.” He also discussed the challenges of his current season with City, which has not been as successful as in previous years.

Although City is fighting to secure Champions League qualification, Guardiola reflects on his team’s difficulties, stating it’s been a year full of lessons. “It has been a year of great learning for me, personally. People think we learn more from defeats than from victories. But I also think I learn from victories,” he added.
