The Nigerian striker revealed to how he expected a move to a bigger club but still finds himself on the bench behind Hyeon-gyu Oh.
Despite scoring after coming off the bench against Standard Liege, Arokodare voiced disappointment over Genk’s rocky start, with no wins in their first three league matches.

Genk’s sporting director Dimitri De Condé confirmed the club has lined up a replacement, intensifying Arokodare’s desire to leave.
Linked to clubs like Atalanta, Stuttgart, and even Manchester United, Arokodare remains uncertain about his future.
“I hear rumours but no concrete news,” he admitted.
He also shared, “I just want to play good football and be valued, whether here or elsewhere.”
The towering 1.97m forward has only clocked 63 minutes this season, adding to his frustration.
He concluded, “It’s tough not knowing what’s next, but my friends help me stay grounded.”
