Juventus Plot January Raid for Real Madrid Midfielder Dani Ceballos

Juventus are preparing a January transfer approach for Real Madrid’s Dani Ceballos as doubts linger over his future at the Bernabeu

Dani Ceballos may finally have the chance to leave Real Madrid in January, with Juventus preparing a move for the midfielder — www.isagoal.com reports.

The Spaniard was close to joining Marseille during the final weeks of the summer transfer market, but the deal collapsed when he hesitated over the switch, as Marseille president Pablo Longoria admitted.

Fichajes revealed that Juventus see the 29-year-old as a strong addition to Igor Tudor’s squad, with the club determined to reinforce their midfield depth.

Juventus already boast players like Manuel Locatelli, Khephren Thuram, Weston McKennie, and Fabio Miretti, but they believe Ceballos offers something extra.

The Italian giants are also considering a separate move for Atletico Madrid right-back Nahuel Molina, hinting at an ambitious January window.

Ceballos has been with Real Madrid since 2017, spending two seasons on loan at Arsenal between 2019 and 2021.

He has made 195 appearances for Los Blancos, recording seven goals and 16 assists, yet he remains a peripheral figure under Xabi Alonso.

This season, he has featured only from the bench, sitting behind midfield stars Jude Bellingham, Eduardo Camavinga, Federico Valverde, and Aurelien Tchouameni.

With his contract running until June 2027, Real Madrid still hold control, but the midfielder’s departure looks inevitable if his role continues to shrink.
