Gothic 1 Remake Demo Updated After Player Feedback

Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!

The Gothic 1 Remake demo has been updated with significant improvements, thanks to feedback from over 15,000 players. Released during Steam Next Fest, the demo, which is set in the world of the beloved 2001 RPG, is centered around the Nyras Prologue—a key secondary character from the original game.

According to PC Gamer, the developers at Alkimia Interactive have worked closely with the community to make changes based on extensive player input.

These updates include faster movement and loot animations, which contribute to a more agile and fluid experience, making gameplay feel more responsive.

Additionally, the developers are addressing a frustrating bug where melee hits wouldn’t register, even when your weapon strikes an enemy.

The demo is free to play and available on Steam. For those who have enjoyed the nostalgic appeal of the original Gothic, this remake’s improvements offer a modern touch while still maintaining the series’ classic charm.
