Caoimhin Kelleher Reveals Staying at Liverpool Wasn’t “100% My Decision”

Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!

Liverpool goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher has admitted it was ‘not 100 per cent’ his decision to stay at Anfield this summer.

The 25-year-old has long been vocal about his desire to become a No. 1 elsewhere, had hoped for a move where he could play regular first-team football.

Despite a solid campaign last season, interest in Kelleher was less than expected, with Nottingham Forest making a late, low offer that Liverpool rejected.

It appears that the summer did not unfold as Kelleher had hoped. “Sometimes from the outside looking in, it looks like maybe that’s 100 per cent my decision but maybe at times it’s not always in my hands as well,” Kelleher remarked.

The Reds have also signed Giorgi Mamardashvili from Valencia for £29 million, hinting at plans to eventually replace Alisson Becker.

This move has further complicated Kelleher’s ambitions of securing a starting role.

“The club have made that decision to get another goalkeeper in as well, which, obviously from the outside looking in, looks like they’ve made a decision to go in a different direction,” Kelleher noted.
