Ademola Lookman’s future at Atalanta has become increasingly uncertain after negotiations with Inter Milan hit a roadblock – www.isagoal.com reports.
Transfer specialist Orazio Accomando confirmed through Sportmediaset that “negotiations are currently frozen between Inter and Atalanta for Ademola Lookman.”
The 27-year-old forward has already reached personal terms with Inter but remains frustrated by Atalanta’s refusal to lower their €50 million asking price after rejecting Inter’s €45 million bid.
Lookman has reportedly skipped training sessions and even removed all Atalanta mentions from his social media accounts in protest.
He has also submitted a formal transfer request, accusing the club of failing to keep earlier promises regarding his future.
While Inter remain keen on the Nigerian, the Nerazzurri are now prioritizing defensive and midfield reinforcements before reopening talks.
With the transfer window still open, Atalanta must decide whether to cash in or hold on to an unsettled star pushing for San Siro.
