Ademola Ola-Adebomi has sealed a move to WSG Tirol, officially bringing his 13-year stay at Crystal Palace to a close, www.isagoal.com reports.
The Austrian Bundesliga side confirmed the signing via a club statement, as covered in a report by All Nigeria Soccer.
Ola-Adebomi, who began his journey at Palace at just eight years old, progressed through the youth ranks and signed pro terms in 2022.
Despite not featuring in a senior match, he appeared in four matchday squads, including three Premier League fixtures.
He featured for the U21s with 24 goals and two assists in 38 Premier League 2 games, showcasing sharp attacking instincts.
His time with the U18s was just as productive, scoring 16 goals across 31 league matches and adding a brace in the FA Youth Cup.
In 2018, he was part of the U15 squad that clinched the Super Floodlit Cup after a win over Wigan.
During the 2022-2023 campaign, he scored a decisive goal against Hertha Berlin in Palace U21’s Premier League International Cup debut.
That same season, he was named Premier League 2 Player of the Month for November 2023.
He also trained with Nigeria’s Flying Eagles ahead of the 2023 U20 AFCON but was not included in the final squad for Egypt.
As he starts a new chapter in Austria, Ola-Adebomi aims to break into regular senior football and build on his youth-level success.
