Chelsea’s Tosin Adarabioyo stole the spotlight with a commanding performance in their 3-0 victory over Espérance Tunis in the FIFA Club World Cup, IsaGoal can report.

He opened the scoring just before half-time with a powerful header from an Enzo Fernández set-piece.

Just minutes later, Liam Delap doubled the lead as Chelsea took full control of the match before Tyrique George sealed it in stoppage time.

Adarabioyo, who captained the team, played all 90 minutes and stood tall across the pitch with his defensive prowess and passing accuracy.

“Yeah, so both of those pieces of news are pretty false,” Adarabioyo said when asked about Nigeria speculation.

“I’ve never turned down Nigeria, and I’ve never had any conversations with them to say that I will be going to Nigeria.”

In that match alone, he made 126 touches, completed 97% of his passes, won every aerial duel, made four clearances, and even registered a shot on goal.

Cole Palmer was seen applauding the centre-back after the final whistle, a sign of the respect he’s earning within the squad.

With Chelsea now through to the Round of 16 to face Benfica, all eyes are also on Adarabioyo’s international future.

As Nigeria prepares for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers and the AFCON 2025, the door remains wide open for a Super Eagles call-up.

If England remains silent, Adarabioyo may soon be wearing green and white.
