According to recent reports from the Mail, Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte is expected to leave the club at the end of the season when his contract comes to an end.
Although he guided Spurs to a top-four finish last season, the team has struggled this year and is currently fighting for a Champions League spot.
On a personal level, Conte has faced difficult times, including the passing of fitness coach Gian Piero Ventrone and his own hospitalization for gallbladder removal surgery.
While speculation remains about his next move, there are reports that he may return to Italy or potentially be replaced by Steve Cooper, Olivier Glasner or even former Tottenham favorite Mauricio Pochettino.
Despite significant spending on transfers in the summer, some fans believe that Conte hasn’t been fully backed by chairman Daniel Levy.
As their only remaining shot at silverware this season, Tottenham will return to Champions League action against AC Milan this week in hopes of turning around their 1-0 deficit from the first-leg of their last-16 match.
