U-20 World Cup: Flying Eagles Will Get Better Against Italy

Flying Eagles head coach, Ladan Bosso is already planning ahead of his side’s second game against Italy at the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup.

The Nigerian boys defeated debutants Dominican Republic 2-1 in their opening fixture on Sunday.

The scoreline could have been more emphatic but for the Flying Eagles poor marksmanship.

Bosso stated that they must work on their finishing before they face the Young Azzurri.

“We missed so many chances, and we need to work on those chances before the next match,” he told a press conference.

Wednesday’s game will hold at the Estadio Malvinas Argentinas, Mendoza.
