Sweden based Super Eagles midfielder, Innocent Bonke is delighted to win another league title with his Malmo FF side.
Albeit the club was held to a barren draw at home by Halmstad but that was still enough to make them emerge as league champions for the second season running — courtesy of a better goal difference than rivals AIK.
Both AIK and Jon Dahl Tomasson’s Malmo ended the Swedish Allsvenskan campaign with 59 points, but Malmo won by just eight goal difference.
It was record 23rd title for Malmo and third for Bonke as he is part of the team that won in 2017, 2020 and 2021.
The midfielder took to his social media handle to celebrate the title.
