The latest ranking released by the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) on Thursday, shows that the Super Eagles of Nigeria moved up two places to 30th.

The three-time African champions were ranked 32nd in the previous month.

The Super Eagles also maintained third position on the continent.

Senegal maintained top position in Africa, with the Atlas Lions of Morocco in second position.

The Pharaohs of Egypt are fourth, while the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia are in fifth position.

Meanwhile, Brazil has overtaken Belgium as the number one team in the world, with the Red Devils settling for the second spot.

France follow in third while Argentina and England complete the top five globally.

Italy, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Netherlands are all in the top 10.

Others that made the top 20 list are Denmark, Germany, Uruguay, Switzerland, USA, Croatia, Colombia, Wales, Sweden, and Senegal.
